1.1. “Confidential Information” means any information provided by the Artist to the Agency through the Website, including, but not limited to, personal information, contact information, professional portfolio, and any other information that may be considered confidential by the party providing it.

1.2. “Personal Data” includes any information relating to an identifiable individual (Artist), such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc., collected through the Agency's website.

 

2. Obligations regarding confidentiality and processing of personal data through the website

2.1. The artist agrees to the terms of the agreement on confidentiality and the processing of personal data provided and processed through the Agency's website by checking the appropriate box.

2.2. The Agency undertakes to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Artist's personal data collected through the website and to use it solely for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract.

 

3. Protection of confidential information and personal data

3.1. The Agency will take all reasonable steps to protect confidential information and personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure when processed through the website.

 

4. Duration of the agreement

4.1. This agreement shall remain in force for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was provided or until the parties agree otherwise.
